The recruitment plan is as follows:

First, the basic situation of recruitment units

Botou Vocational College is a public full-time ordinary college that implements vocational education at the college level.

Recruitment principles

Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit, in accordance with the employment standards of both virtue and talent, according to the recruitment plan, select merit based on examinations and inspections.

Third, recruitment methods

Recruitment takes the form of open recruitment. Follow the steps of formulating recruitment plan, issuing recruitment announcement, registration, qualification review, recruitment examination (written test, interview), qualification review, physical examination, inspection, publicity, employment, etc.

4. Recruitment target, quantity, position and basic conditions

(I) Recruitment object

Recruitment targets are graduates of full-time general colleges and universities graduated in 2019 and before, with unlimited household registration.

(2) Recruitment quantity and position:

For specific recruitment numbers and job conditions, please refer to the “Botou Vocational College's 2019 Public Recruitment Staff Position Information Form” (Annex 1).

(3) The candidates shall have the following basic conditions:

l. Nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Ages 18 and over, 35 and under (born between December 31, 1983 and December 31, 2001);

3. Comply with the Constitution and laws;

4. Have good conduct and professional ethics;

5. Have the age, education, degree, major, etc. that are suitable for the job requirements;

6. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;

7. Have other conditions required for the job.

The specific conditions required for recruitment positions are determined in accordance with the requirements of the “Botou Vocational College 2019 Open Recruitment Staff Position Information Form”. (4) Personnel in any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:

1. Persons who have been criminally punished for a crime and have been expelled from public office;

4. Civil servants during the probation period and staff of public institutions during the probation period;

5. Persons under the minimum service life or under the agreed minimum service period;

7. Laws, regulations or policy documents stipulate that employees in other situations may not be recruited as staff members of public institutions; in addition, applicants may not apply for recruitment positions that constitute an avoidance relationship after employment.

Avoidance relationship refers to Article 41 of the "Interim Measures for the Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hebei Province" on "Every applicant who has a marital relationship, a direct blood relationship, a blood relationship within three generations, or a close marriage relationship with the responsible person of the employing unit, It is not allowed to apply for the secretary or personnel, financial, and disciplinary inspection positions of the personnel in charge of the unit, as well as positions with direct leadership relations. V. Recruitment Procedure

(1) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration time and form: Registration takes the form of on-site registration, and the registration time is from December 31, 2019 to January 3, 2020 (8:30 to 11:30, 2:30 to 5:30).

3. Registration requirements: Each applicant can only apply for one post. Applicants must download and fill out the "Botou Vocational College 2019 Open Recruitment Staff Application Qualification Examination Form" in duplicate and bring my second-generation ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, and employment registration certificate Provide the original and photocopy of relevant certification materials issued by the Ministry of Education and other relevant certification materials, as well as 4 recent 1-inch crownless photos with the same bottom to register at the designated registration place. 6. Examination ratio: The ratio of the number of applicants for the same position to the number of applicants for the position is in principle not less than 1: 3. (Two) examination

The test is divided into two parts: written test and interview.

1.Written test

(1) Written test is closed. Written exams do not specify tutoring books. The written test is implemented on a 100-point scale, with a perfect score of 100 points.

(2) The written test is 120 minutes long. The specific time, place and relevant requirements of the written examination are detailed in the written examination admission certificate. Written test results will be published on the official website of Botou Vocational College before January 13, 2020.

After the written test is over, the recruitment leadership team will draw a qualifying score line based on the recruitment plan and written test results. For positions that do not reach the ratio of 1: 3, the written test score must not be lower than the minimum score of the written test score for interviewers who have entered other positions.

2. Interview

(1) Interview candidates are determined. Interviews are conducted on a 100-point scale. Points are scored on the spot. The score is based on the "gymnastic score" method. The results of the interview will be announced on the official website of the Botou Vocational College and on the test center's bulletin board.

(4) Interview organization. The interview was organized and implemented by the Botou Vocational College under the guidance and supervision of the Municipal Education Bureau in accordance with the “Interview Work Rules for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hebei Province (Trial)”. (5) Determine the total score and ranking. In the subsequent qualification review, physical examination, inspection, publicity, etc., when problems are found to be replenished, if the total scores appear side by side, they will be determined according to this ranking order.

(3) Qualification review

After the interview, according to the recruitment plan and the candidate ’s overall ranking from high to low, the qualification reviewer will be determined at a ratio of 1: 1, and the qualification conditions will be reviewed by Botou Vocational College. In addition to the materials required for qualification review at the time of on-site registration, the materials required for qualification review need to review personal files. If the review does not meet the requirements, the qualifications of the proposed personnel shall be cancelled, and candidates who have applied for the same post will be replenished in order of the candidate's total score from high to low.

(Four) physical examination

Qualified review personnel enter the medical examination link. The list of medical examination personnel was announced on the official website of Botou Vocational College. The physical examination hospital will be confirmed the day before the physical examination (the place will be kept secret). The medical examination items and standards refer to the current "General Standards for Medical Examination for Civil Service Employment". The cost of the medical examination is at your own expense. (V) Inspection

Qualified medical personnel enter the inspection link. (6) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates for employment. Publicity is not less than 7 working days on the official website of Botou Vocational College (the archives and other materials are reviewed by the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security before the publicity) and subject to social and mass supervision.

(VII) Employment

During the publicity period, those who abandon the hiring during the publicity period shall be canceled if they reflect serious problems and find that the evidence does not meet the employment conditions. If there is a serious problem in the report but it is difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and whether to hire will be decided after the verification and conclusion is reached. Relevant requirements
