According to the "Personnel Management Regulations of Public Institutions", "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hebei Province" (Ji Ren She Fa  No. 9) and "Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Cangzhou City" (2011) No. 133). In the spirit of the document, combined with our school's 2019 recruitment staff plan, after research and decision, it is planned to openly recruit 20 staff to the community. The recruitment plan is now formulated as follows:
I. Recruitment Principles
Adhere to the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit, in accordance with the employment standards of both virtue and talent, and according to the recruitment plan, select merit based on examinations and inspections.
Recruitment target, quantity, position and basic conditions
(I) Recruitment object
Recruitment targets are undergraduate and above graduates of full-time general colleges and universities who graduated in 2019 and before;
Applicants for all positions must have an employment report card (foreign students studying abroad must be certified). Household registration is not limited.
(2) Recruitment quantity and position:
According to the recruitment staff plan approved by the superiors, 20 staff members were recruited publicly this time. For specific recruitment numbers and job conditions, please refer to the "Cangzhou No. 1 Middle School 2019 Public Recruitment Staff Job Information Form" (Annex 1).
(3) The candidates shall have the following basic conditions:
1. Nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. The age department staff and information technology teachers must be over 18 years old, 35 years old and below (born between December 31, 1983 and December 31, 2001); other positions must be over 18 years old, 40 years old and below (Born between December 31, 1978 and December 31, 2001).
3. Obey the Constitution and laws;
4. Have good conduct and professional ethics;
5. Have the age, education (foreign students studying abroad need to be certified), degree, major, etc. that are suitable for the job requirements;
6. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;
7, have other conditions required for the job;
The specific conditions required for job postings are determined in accordance with the requirements of the Job Information Form.
(4) Personnel in any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination:
1. Persons who have been criminally punished for a crime and have been expelled from public office;
2. Active military personnel;
3. The dishonest person being executed;
4. Civil servants during the probation period and staff of public institutions during the probation period;
5. Persons who have not reached the minimum service period or the agreed minimum service period;
6. Full-time general non-graduate students are not recruiting;
7. Laws, regulations, and policy documents stipulate that personnel in other circumstances may not be recruited as staff members of public institutions; in addition, applicants may not apply for recruitment positions that constitute an avoidance relationship after employment.
Avoidance relationship refers to Article 41 of the "Interim Measures for the Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hebei Province" on "Every applicant who has a marital relationship, a direct blood relationship, a close blood relationship or a close marriage relationship within three generations, It is not allowed to apply for the secretary or personnel, financial, and disciplinary inspection positions of the personnel in charge of the unit, as well as positions with direct and subordinate leadership relations. When the personnel in charge of the unit and the recruitment staff are involved in the personnel employment matters, they have the above-mentioned kinship or Others that may affect the fairness of recruitment should also be avoided ".
Third, the recruitment process
(1) Registration and qualification review

3. Registration requirements
Each candidate can only apply for one post. Applicants must download and fill out the "Cangzhou No. 1 Middle School 2019 Public Recruitment Staff Qualification Examination Form" (Attachment 2) in duplicate and bring my second-generation ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, employment registration certificate (foreign Returned overseas students must provide the original and photocopy of materials such as the degree certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, teacher qualification certificate, etc., and four recent 1-inch crownless photos with the same bottom to register at the designated registration place. Candidates should submit relevant information and materials truthfully. Anyone who fills in the information incorrectly, incompletely or incorrectly shall be responsible for their own responsibilities. If fraudulent or fraudulent, the qualification for the examination or the qualification for employment will be cancelled upon verification.
4. Qualification review
Eligibility review will be conducted by the staff of the recruitment team of Cangzhou No.1 Middle School according to the conditions set for the recruitment positions.
5. Issuance of admission ticket
Qualified applicants will receive a written examination admission certificate at the Cangzhou No. 1 Middle School Office. (The specific time will be notified separately) The applicants are required to hold their ID cards to obtain admission tickets (if they need to be picked up by others, they must show their ID cards). Those who do not receive the payment after the due date will be deemed to have abandoned the test automatically.
6. Examination ratio
In principle, the ratio of the number of job applicants to the number of recruits for this position is not less than 3: 1. If this ratio is not reached, the number of recruits for this position will be reduced or cancelled. As for the shortage of professional posts, they can be appropriately relaxed after being reviewed and approved by the competent authority, but effective competition must be formed.
Take a combination of written test and interview.
2. Written test
Examination scope and content: The staff positions of the grade department are related to education and teaching assistance and student management knowledge; others are professional knowledge of the corresponding disciplines of the reported positions. The time limit for the exam is 120 minutes, with a perfect score of 100 points. After the written test, the qualified score line is determined according to the recruitment plan and written test scores. Those who are below the qualified score line cannot enter the next step.

Special reminder: some test questions and test papers may use answer cards. Be sure to prepare special stationery.
(1) Interview candidate determination
According to the planned recruitment number and the candidate's written test score ranking from high to low scores, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3. Those who pass the score line above the specified number or less than the last written test score in the ratio are all interviewed. The passing mark for the interview is 60 points. If the interview ratio is less than 1: 3, the interview score must not be lower than the minimum interview score of other teachers who have entered the next stage of the interview.
(2) Interview time and place

(3) Interview organization
The interview work was organized and implemented by Cangzhou No.1 Middle School under the guidance and supervision of the Municipal Education Bureau in accordance with the "Interview Work Rules for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hebei Province (Trial)". Candidates draw lots to determine the interview sequence.
Except for the job interview for the grade department staff, the recruitment method is used for the other job interviews. The interview score is 100 points and the time does not exceed 15 minutes per person.
Interview video. The judges scored on the spot, the interview results, and removed the highest and the lowest scores. The other scores were averaged into the interview results. Interview results are announced on the spot.
4. Final total score: total score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%.
(IV) Qualification review
According to the recruitment plan of each post, the candidates for qualification review will be determined in equal amounts according to the order of the total test scores. If the final total scores are tied and exceeded the plan, they will be determined in order of the interview results, the full-time education, and the later education. If it is still not possible to distinguish between high and low, then interview and test to distinguish. When problems are found later in the physical examination, inspection, publicity, etc. that need to be supplemented, if the total scores appear side by side, they will be determined according to this ranking method.
Recruitment Office will review the application information, personal files and other related information of candidates who have obtained the qualification for review. Those who do not meet the recruitment requirements shall be disqualified; those who do not submit the qualification review materials after the deadline shall be deemed to have waived their qualifications.
(V) Physical examination
Qualified review personnel enter the medical examination link. The physical examination is organized by Cangzhou No. 1 Middle School and supervised and guided by the Municipal Education Bureau. The medical examination refers to the current "General Standards for Medical Examination for Civil Service Employment", and the expenses are at your own expense. If the medical examination fails, the qualifications of the personnel to be hired are cancelled, and the candidates who apply for the same post will be replenished in order from the highest score to the lowest.
Qualified medical personnel enter the inspection link. The inspection was organized and implemented by Cangzhou No. 1 Middle School, and mainly examined the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, and work performance of the applicants. Those who fail the inspection shall be disqualified, and candidates who are applying for the same post shall be replenished in the order of the total score of the candidates.
Qualified personnel for qualification review, physical examination and inspection shall be determined as candidates for employment and shall be publicized on the website of Cangzhou No.1 Middle School (prior to publicity, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall review personal files and other materials). The publicity period is 7 working days.
During the publicity period, those who abandon the hiring during the publicity period if they reflect serious problems and find that the evidence does not meet the employment conditions, cancel their qualifications for candidates, and the candidates who apply for the same post will be ranked in descending order of the total score Make up. If there are serious problems in the report but it is difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and whether to hire will be decided after the verification and conclusion is reached. The "Examination and Approval Form for Public Recruitment of Units" shall be submitted in quadruplicate and submitted to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for relevant employment procedures. The probation period shall be implemented in accordance with relevant policies and regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract period. Those who pass the assessment after the probation period will be formally hired, and those who fail will be cancelled.
4. Disciplinary supervision
Discipline inspection and supervision runs through the entire recruitment process. Open recruitment adheres to the principles of "openness, equality, competition, and merit selection", so that information, processes, and results are disclosed, and supervision is consciously accepted. Candidates who violate recruitment rules and regulations shall be disqualified from the examination or employment.
V. Related issues
(1) Candidates who fail to participate in qualification examinations, written examinations, interviews, qualification reviews, medical examinations, inspections, registrations, etc. within the required time are deemed to have automatically waived their qualifications;
(2) The registration adopts a strict self-discipline mechanism. Candidates must be responsible for the authenticity of the submitted registration information. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. At any stage, candidates are found not to meet the recruitment conditions. Must be held accountable.
