According to the "Personnel Management Regulations of Public Institutions", "Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Hebei Province" and "Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions of Cangzhou Municipality", combined with our school's 2019 staff recruitment plan, it was decided after research and decision-making. Publicly recruited 25 staff members. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
First, the basic situation of the school
Cangzhou Medical College is a full-time public medical college.
Adhere to the principles of both virtue and talent, and democracy, openness, competition, and merit, and select and hire based on examinations and inspections.
Third, recruitment methods
According to the steps of formulating recruitment plan, issuing recruitment announcement, registration and qualification review, recruitment examination (written test, interview), qualification review, physical examination, inspection, publicity of recruiters, employment and other steps.
4. Recruitment target, quantity, position and basic conditions
(I) Recruitment object
Recruitment targets are graduates of full-time general institutions of higher education with master's degree or above graduated in 2019 and before (the first degree is a full-time bachelor's degree and has a bachelor's degree), with a registration certificate for employment (foreign students studying abroad must be certified ). Household registration is not limited.
(II) Recruitment quantity and positions
According to the 2019 Cangzhou Medical College and Public Institution Recruitment Staff Plan approved by the superiors, 25 staff members will be recruited publicly this time. For specific recruitment numbers and job conditions, please refer to the "Cangzhou Medical College's 2019 Public Recruitment Post Information Form" (Annex 1).
(3) Candidates should have the following basic conditions
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2. Ages 18 and over (born before December 31, 2001) and 35 and under (born after December 31, 1983);
3. Comply with the Constitution and laws;
4. Have good conduct and professional ethics;
5. Have the age, education, degree, major, etc. that are suitable for the job requirements;
6. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;
7. Possesses other conditions required for the position;
The specific conditions required for job postings are determined in accordance with the requirements of the "Job Information Form". The professional names of returning overseas students and other overseas and foreign degree holders are not exactly the same as the job title requirements. Most of the courses are the same, and meet the other conditions required by the position, you can also apply for the recruitment position.
The age calculation period ends on December 31, 2019.
(4) No one can apply for the test if
1. Persons who have been criminally punished for a crime and have been expelled from public office;
2. Active military personnel;
3. The dishonest person being executed;
4. Civil servants during the probation period and staff of public institutions during the probation period;
5. Persons who have not reached the minimum service period or the agreed minimum service period;
6. Full-time general graduates who are not fresh graduates are not in the scope of recruitment;
7. Laws, regulations, and policy documents stipulate that personnel in other circumstances may not be recruited as staff in public institutions;
In addition, applicants may not apply for recruitment positions that constitute an avoidance relationship after being hired.
Avoidance relationship refers to Article 41 of the "Interim Measures for the Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hebei Province" on "Every applicant who has a marital relationship, a direct blood relationship, a close blood relationship or a close marriage relationship within three generations, It is not allowed to apply for the secretary or personnel, financial, and disciplinary inspection positions of the personnel in charge of the unit, as well as positions with direct and subordinate leadership relations. When the personnel in charge of the unit and the recruitment staff are involved in the personnel employment matters, they have the above-mentioned kinship or Others that may affect the fairness of recruitment should also be avoided ".
V. Recruitment Procedure
(1) Registration and qualification review
1. On-site registration time: December 31, 2019-January 3, 2020, 9:00 to 11:00, and 2:30 to 5:00 pm.

3. Registration requirements:
Each candidate can only apply for one post. Applicants must download and fill out the "Cangzhou Medical College 2019 Public Recruitment Qualification Examination Form" (Attachment 2) in duplicate, and bring my second-generation ID card, master's degree certificate, master's degree certificate, undergraduate certificate, Original bachelor's degree certificate, employment registration certificate (returned overseas students must provide a diploma certificate issued by the Ministry of Education) and other copies, and 6 recent 1-inch topless photos with the same bottom to register at the designated registration place. Candidates should submit relevant information and materials truthfully. Anyone who fills in the information incorrectly, incompletely or incorrectly shall be responsible for their own responsibilities. If fraudulent or fraudulent, the qualification for the examination or the qualification for employment will be cancelled upon verification. The ID used for registration and examination must be the same.
4. Qualification review and payment
Cangzhou Medical College conducts a qualification examination of candidates based on the conditions set for recruitment positions. The results of the qualification examination are confirmed on-site. Candidates who pass the qualification examination pay a registration fee of 100 yuan.
5. Issuance of admission ticket: On February 21, 2020, qualified applicants will receive a written examination admission ticket at the Personnel Office of Cangzhou Medical College.
6. Examination ratio: The ratio of the number of applicants for the same position to the number of applicants for the position is in principle not lower than 1: 3. If this ratio is not reached, except for special professional posts that are in short supply, the number of recruits for the position will be reduced or cancelled.
The exam is divided into two parts: written test and interview.
① The written test adopts a closed book method, and the content is a test of public basic knowledge and professional ability. The exam does not specify an exam guide. The written test is implemented on a 100-point scale, with a perfect score of 100 points.
② Written test time: February 22, 2020, the test time limit is 120 minutes. For the specific time, place and relevant requirements of the candidates' written examination, please refer to the written examination permit. Written test results will be published on the website of Cangzhou Medical College before February 28, 2020.
After the written test is over, the recruitment leadership team will draw a qualifying score line based on the recruitment plan and test results. For positions that do not reach the ratio of 1: 3, the written test score cannot be lower than the minimum score of the written test scores of interviewers who enter other positions.
① The interviewer is determined. Interview candidates are determined according to a ratio of 1: 2 based on the planned number of recruits and candidates' high-to-low scores on the written test scores. Those who are tied for the last written test score in the ratio are interviewed. The interview pass score is 60 points. For positions with an interview ratio of less than 1: 2, the interview results must not be lower than the minimum interview results of other positions who enter the next stage of the interview.
② Interview time and place: The results of the written test will be announced on the website of Cangzhou Medical College.
③ Interview method. Teacher posts take trial lectures and on-site defenses. Non-teacher posts take propositional questions and answer questions. The entire interview process was recorded. The interview is based on a 100-point system. The scores are scored on the spot. The scores are “gymnastic scores”. The highest score and the lowest score (two decimal places are retained). The other scores are averaged into interview scores.
④ Interview content and time allocation. Interview content: The interview mainly examines the basic qualities of the candidate, including professional knowledge, professional skills, teaching ability, appearance and language skills.
Teacher position: One is to choose the subject of the reported major or similar majors. After 15 minutes of preparation for the exam, complete 15 minutes of on-site teaching; the second is to answer 1 to 2 questions of the judges.
Interview time allocation: 15 minutes for on-site teaching; 5 minutes for on-site questions.
Non-teacher positions: First, you can choose your own major or similar major propositions. After 15 minutes of preparing for the exam, you can complete the proposition elaboration. Second, you can answer 1 or 2 questions from the judges.
⑤ Synthesis of total scores and ranking.
After the interview, calculate the total test score based on the written test score and the interview score of 40% and 60% respectively, with a perfect score of 100 points. (For calculating the candidate's score, two decimal places are reserved.) Those who have the total score at the end of the same position and exceed the recruitment plan, determine the ranking according to the order of the highest written test score, "985", "211", and other institutions. If the above method still can not determine the ranking, then try again. In the subsequent qualification review, physical examination, inspection, publicity, etc., when problems are found to be replenished, if the total scores appear side by side, they will be determined according to this ranking order.
(III) Qualification review
After the interview, according to the recruitment plan and the candidate ’s overall ranking from high to low, the qualification reviewers will be determined at a ratio of 1: 1, and the qualification review will be conducted by Cangzhou Medical College. In addition to the materials provided for on-site registration, the materials required for qualification review need to review personal files. Those who do not meet the recruitment requirements after being audited will be disqualified and will be replenished in order of the candidate's total score from high to low among candidates applying for the same post.
(Four) physical examination
Those who have passed the qualification review will enter the medical examination link. The list of medical examination personnel is published on the website of Cangzhou Medical College. The physical examination refers to the current "General Standards for Medical Examinations for Civil Service Employment". The medical examination fee shall be paid by the participating medical personnel. If the medical examination fails, the qualifications of the personnel to be hired are cancelled, and the candidates who apply for the same post will be replenished in order from the highest score to the lowest.
Qualified medical personnel enter the inspection link. It mainly examines the political and ideological performance, moral quality, professional ability, and work performance of the proposed staff. Those who fail the inspection shall be disqualified, and candidates who are applying for the same post shall be replenished in the order of the total score of the candidates.
Those who pass the examination, qualification review, physical examination, and inspection are determined to be candidates for employment and will be publicized on the website of Cangzhou Medical College for 7 working days, subject to social and mass supervision.
During the publicity period, those who abandon the hiring during the publicity period if they reflect serious problems and find that the evidence does not meet the employment conditions, cancel their candidate qualifications, and rank the candidates in the same position according to the total score of the candidates in descending order Make up in turn. If there are serious problems in the report but it is difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and whether to hire will be decided after the verification and conclusion is reached. The "Examination and Approval Form for Public Recruitment of Units" shall be submitted in quadruplicate and submitted to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for relevant employment procedures. The probation period shall be implemented in accordance with relevant policies and regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract period. Those who pass the assessment after the probation period will be formally hired, and those who fail will be cancelled.
(1) Any candidate who fails to participate in the qualification examination, written examination, interview, qualification review, medical examination, inspection, registration, etc. within the required time shall be deemed to have waived his qualifications;
