Among them, newly hired staff in public institutions should participate in pre-job training; regular staff in public institutions should regularly participate in on-the-job training; staff in public institutions with changes in job types or major changes in job responsibilities and tasks should participate in transfer training; Staff of public institutions for specific tasks such as major projects, major projects, and major operations shall participate in special training.
The "Training Regulations" proposes that lecturers engaged in the training of staff in public institutions must support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and must not disseminate erroneous views that violate the Party's theory and line policies, and violate the central decision. The "Training Regulations" requires that the staff of public institutions must strictly abide by the regulations on learning and training and integrity and self-discipline to complete the prescribed training tasks.
